Vo Tri Anh
Deputy General Director and Project Director
Mr. Vo Tri Anh has worked at Vinh Tan since 2009 and is one of the first members of the Executive Board. He currently holds the position of Deputy General Director and Director of Project Division.
As Deputy General Director and Director of Project Division, Mr. Tri Anh has contributed significantly to the Company's core strategic orientation, building and developing a team of experts and specialized engineers for Vinh Tan's projects. With 20 years of experience in consulting, constructing and developing comprehensive real estate, Mr. Tri Anh has demonstrated his efforts and enthusiasm in connecting and cooperating with international partners in the real estate industry. Starting his career as a team leader in design and project management, he is now responsible for creating and operating Vinh Tan's iconic high-quality projects. He also plays a role in supporting design consulting and training project construction and development teams.
Mr. Tri Anh graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Construction from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Liege, Belgium.
Julian Wyatt
CEO
Mr. Julian Wyatt joined Vinh Tan in 2020 as Managing Director, Vinh Tan. He has a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio including funds, corporations and private investors, and is experienced in asset and property management, business operations, business development and client relationship management.
A UK graduate, Mr. Wyatt spent approximately 7 years as a Surveyor in London before moving to Hong Kong. He has made a significant milestone in his career with 22 years of working for Savills Property Management Limited, Hong Kong. Over the course of two decades, Mr. Wyatt has developed himself from a senior manager to a senior director, demonstrating an outstanding ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients. He has achieved notable success in the implementation and standardization of integrated quality management, contributing to the significant growth of the businesses where he has worked
In 2017, Mr. Wyatt joined CBRE Hong Kong as the Strategic Leader of Asia Property Management based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for assessing the standards and operational practices of projects in the region to identify potential and mitigate operational risks. Working at a regional level, he has brought about change, creating a positive impact on the business in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan.
Mr. Wyatt holds a BA in Land & Urban Economics from the United Kingdom before becoming a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1988 and a Certified Facility Manager in 2000.
